Jamaica is renowned for its highly trained doctors, nurses and medical technicians. Many of our doctors are locally trained where they receive their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Science and subsequent surgical specialization. However, several others receive training in Australia, Canada, the United States of America, United Kingdom and Scotland.
