We will help you to plan your trip, identify a surgeon, coordinate the logistics of your visit to Jamaica, provide post-operative care and follow-up care when you return home.
Surgical Services
The staff at Optimacare Medical will help you prepare for your surgical procedure. We coordinate all activities related to your preoperative imaging, lab test, surgeon's and anesthesiologist's consultation (where needed), surgical procedure, hospital admission, and postoperative care, which may include physiotherapy, holistic therapy, wound dressing imaging and lab testing as well as prescription fill and deliver service. We also collaborate with your primary care provider to ensure that you have the best care when you return home.
By taking care of the logistics, our patients can focus solely on recovering.
Concierge Services
Our concierge services cover all non-medical activities which are necessary in ensuring seamless access to premium healthcare services. These include transportation to and from the airport and the hospital, accommodation for our patients, meals, telecommunication and where applicable recreation. Our patients will only be responsible for their air travel, however, we can also facilitate this process upon request. While undertaking a surgical procedure can be daunting, our team seeks to make this experience as seamless and pleasant as possible.
