What Can Our Patients Expect?

  1. Patient requests medical treatment via website query, direct messaging, Whatsapp, or telephone call. Optimacare Medical provides a list of the available options for undergoing treatment in Jamaica
  2. Patient uploads medical reports in order for quote to be generated and relevant surgeons to be consulted for available surgery date
  3. Optimacare Medical provides quotation for the surgery and information relating to travel to Jamaica
  4. Patient reviews the information, signs contract, and pays deposit. Optimacare provides travel package
  5. Optimacare representatives will receive patient at the airport, help with check in, and facilitate consultation with the surgeon and hospital, if requested by patient
  6. On the day of the surgery, Optimacare representative will transport the patient to the medical facility and coordinate all related care while the patient undergoes treatment
  7. Optimacare Medical will ensure the patient's meals and laundry are taken care of as well as any rehabilitation needs, post-operative diagnositic testing and medication
  8. Once the patient is fit and healthy to travel, Optimacare will arrange for the patient to enjoy some renewal and relaxation at a partnering facility
  9. Optimacare representative will provide airport transportation on the day the patient is to return home. Optimacare representative will continue to follow-up with the patient's primary care provider to ensure full recovery.
